Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on January 21, 2022 found that Aseracare Hospice had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C & D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a hospice state re-licensure survey completed on October 28, 2021.
